Covered with a central dome, this is a typical example of a classic
ottoman mosque. It was built by
Lala Mustafa Pasha, the conqueror of
Cyprus and also had been a governor of
Erzurum. With uncertainty, in respect of the architectural characteristics, it is thought that this work of art is of The
Great Architect Sinan.
